Contains 4 syringes of Whitening Gel (1 x 10% carbamide peroxide, 2 x 16% carbamide peroxide, 1 x 6% hydrogen peroxide).
You will need to make an appointment for a digital impression scan. Existing patients who have recently been scanned at our practice can order a kit and your custom made trays will be prepared for your next appointment.
