About
Dr. Leventis is a highly accomplished Oral Surgeon and Implantologist with a rich educational background and more than 20 years of clinical experience. He earned his dental degree in 1999, followed by a clinical specialty in Oral Surgery in 2004 and a Ph.D. in Oral Pathology in 2010, all from the Dental School at the University of Athens in Greece. In 2008, he also completed a specialized program in periodontics and implantology at the University of Heidelberg in Germany.
In the United Kingdom, Dr. Leventis plays a crucial role in educating dental clinicians and postgraduate students. He does this through courses, seminars, congress lectures, webinars, one-on-one mentoring sessions, and postgraduate implantology programs.
Dr. Leventis is a renowned speaker, having been invited to share his knowledge on oral surgery at conferences and events all around the world. He is also an accomplished author, with numerous scientific articles published in respected international journals, including the Journal of Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinical Oral Investigations, and more.
Currently, Dr. Leventis serves as a visiting clinical instructor and researcher at the University of Athens' Dental School. In this role, he imparts his expertise to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, teaching subjects such as oral surgery, bone grafting, and implantology. Additionally, he is deeply involved in conducting cutting-edge experimental research.
Located in central London, Dr. Leventis works in private practice and conducts clinical research in implant dentistry, oral surgery, and tissue engineering. He is an active member of various prestigious international and British scientific societies and holds the titles of Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

To help with planning your treatment we may need to refer you for a 3D x-ray (CBCT). This enables us to visualise the amount and density of bone. Together with a 3D intra-oral scan we can make a surgical guide for precise implant placement.
